Why Drink Cold Brew Coffee?

Brewing coffee in cold water produces a much less acidic coffee (up to 67% less acidic) so it is great for coffee lovers with stomach or digestion problems.

All you need is some freshly ground coffee, filtered water, a container to brew in and time. Coffee is steeped in cold water for 8-12 hours, filter out the grounds and you have a delicious, syrupy, sweet coffee ready to drink.

Add milk or water to taste with ice or drink it straight over ice. Or add hot water or milk for a hot beverage.

We recommend a ratio of 1:4 (250g ground coffee to 1 Ltr cold filtered water).
